2017 Firearm Surrender Policy Committee: we are working hard to add language about the existing firearm restriction to State Court Sentencing documents and to add this to what judges and prosecutors inform offenders about in court during sentencing. The Sheriffs Offide has committed to working with us to create written procedures in criminal cases and in civil Temporary Protective Order cases.
